Most houses in Wayne County were wired for a fraction of what a family plugs in today. If you are tripping breakers, running out of spaces, or looking at a panel with a brand that got recalled thirty years ago, a service change is the job.

We handle the whole thing: pulling the permit, coordinating the disconnect and reconnect with the utility, setting the new meter base and panel, and labelling every circuit before we leave.

Generators & standby power

A generator is only as good as the transfer switch and the service behind it. We install the whole package, set the pad, run the gas and the feeders, and wire the transfer equipment so the changeover happens the way it should.

Before we quote, we walk the house or the shop and work out what actually has to stay running. Well pump, freezer, heat, a shop compressor. That is what sizes the unit, not a sticker on a box.

We work with builders across the county on custom homes, additions, shops and metal buildings. Temporary power on day one, rough-in when the framing is ready, trim when the painters are out.

Remodel wiring is mostly problem solving. Old wire, no room in the box, a circuit that feeds half the house for no reason anybody can remember. We sort it out and bring it up to current code as we go.

We also do the part people actually see: cans laid out so the room lights evenly, under-cabinet runs with the wire hidden, fans braced properly, and landscape lighting that still works in year three.

Underground & trenching

Getting power out to a shop, a well, a barn or a camper pad means a trench, and most electricians have to sub that out. We run our own machine, so the digging and the wiring are the same crew and the same quote.

We locate before we dig, run the right conduit for the depth, and backfill properly so you are not looking at a sunken line across the yard next spring.
